Marking a new move in her career, Just Lauren introduces us to her first single, ‘Vibration’.

The Melodic Diggers founder, Equanimity label-head and DJ has always been one to do things in her own style - here is no different. Turning away from the expected and bringing out a melodic dance number, she instead presents a fusion of her two favourite genres: trance and breakbeat.

At 130 BPM, ‘Vibration’ does not mess around. A powerful number, cosmic glitchy synths scuffle playfully around before stepping into darker tones. ‘Vibration’ programmed into the structure, as the tough-lined bassline trips and falls - whirling around the snagging structure.

Changing tactics just like trance does; ‘Vibration’ soon fizzles amongst the dark descending chords to power us through to the next surprise. A tripping delight, here to transition or delve us into darker territories, at the exact moment you want to power in to.
